You can define search criteria for your properties to control how they get displayed.
If you set them as check boxes the page shows all the properties but orders them with the best match at the top. The more matching check boxes the higher the property.
After you set the Search Categories you need to assign them to your properties under {{#fas:cog}} (Settings) > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Property Settings
