Property Settings for the Multi-Property Booking page

This page is about the menu  (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE > MULTIPLE PROPERTIES > PROPERTY SETTINGS

These settings let owners of multiple properties or agencies define the display of their properties on the multiple property booking page.

Sell Priority: This sets the display priority of this property. A higher number will cause it to display higher in property lists.

An "Agent Code" can be included in the URL of your booking page to show special prices. When your booking page is opened with &agent=AGENT_CODE_SETTING included in the URL, any rates which have the channel " - agents" will be included in the calculation of the price. By creating different rates with and without the agent channel activated you can show different prices depending on the URL which opens the booking page.

"Search Categories" which have been defined in SETTINGS -> BOOKING ENGINE ->MULTIPLE PROPERTIES->SEARCH CRITERIA can be assigned to a property.

Group Keywords: These tags are used for showing and hiding properties on the property list pages. Enter tags separated by a comma.

If the property list page opens with a group= parameter it will only show properties with a matching group setting

If the property list page opens with a nogroup= parameter it will not show properties with a matching group setting

Search Category: This is where you can choose the search Categories (Keywords) you have set under Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Search Criteria, to filter out your properties on the booking page based on the options a guest chooses.
