You will need a Google Account in order to get your API key via this [https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key link].
Once you have your maps API key you can enter it into the Beds24 at {#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS -) > BOOKING ENGINE ->DEVELOPER. Your map should then work.
