This page explains how to create rates for different occupancies

Example 1: A family room has a max. occupancy of four guests. It costs 100 for single occupancy, 150 for two guests, 170 for three guests and 190 for four guests. Enter:

  • "Single Price"=100
  • "Double Price"=150
  • "Extra Person"=20

Example 2: An apartment can accommodate up to six guests. The price for four guests is 100, each additional guest costs 30

  • "Room Price" = 100 up to 4 people
  • "Extra Person"=30

Example 3: A villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. 4 guests cost 200, 6 guests cost 250, eight guests cost 270. You will need to create three rates:

  • Rate 1: "Room Price" = 200 up to 4 people
  • Rate 2: "Room Price" = 250 up to 6 people
  • Rate 3: "Room Price" = 270 up to 8 people
