You have the option to sell a room at up to four different prices eg. Additional offers can show your guests alternative price options for example refundable/non refundable or packages or discounted conditional rates. This is done in SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE -> ROOMS -> EXTRA PRICE ROWS.
To display the additional rates *If you have to enable themchoose that your "Offer type" is per property your offers will be available across all properties. They *If you choose that your "Offer type" is per room you can be set to always display or only when a price is availableup separate offers for all rooms.
You can enter descriptive information This example shows one room which shows offer 1 only (the default) and a picture one room for each extra rate.which one additional offer is set up:

An offer is the price combined with certain conditions. Offer1 is normally your standard offer which always displays unless you hide it.
