== Display prices including cleaning fees on the first screen on your booking page==
To do this, you use a rate that already contains the fees.
Only use this method if you want the prices displayed to the guest to include the cleaning fee. To add cleaning fees as obligatory extras go to{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS -) BOOKING ENGINE > PROPERITES -> UPSELLINGUPSELL ITEMS.
Example: The price per night is €100. € 50 cleaning fee apply regardless on how long the guest stays.

You can use for example "Description 2" for the offer in {#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS -> ) PROPERTIES -> OFFERS. The text will display if the module "Offer Description 2" in {#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS -) BOOKING ENGINE > PROPERTY BOOKING PAGE -> PAGE DESIGN-> LAYOUT is activated.
