If you have questions or need help you can use the forum (http://forum.beds24.com) or you can create a ticket via the support button at the top of the Beds24 control panel.
Beds24 is not involved in deposit collections for bookings from booking channels. Each booking channel handles them according to their rules/your account settings. If you use Stripe as payment gateway you can choose to send credit cards supplied by all channels directly to Stripe where the cards can be validated and charged.
