Yes, you can setup Payment Gateways to collect payments at the time of bookings. Go to SETTINGS->PAYMENTS->PAYMENT GATEWAYS and click HELP (top right menu) for instructions.  You can send an automated email with a link to their bookings to your guests with a requesting payment link to make a payment, check the links in the HELP page at the Payment Gateways wiki page for detailstheir bookings.
