Seasonal Prices

This page explains how to set up seasonal rates

You can set seasonal rates by setting up an individual rate for each season.

Season 1:

• Depending on your strategy set up a rate per room or per person
• Set the first and the last night the rate is valid for.
• By default rates use the booking rule set under under PROPERTIES -> BOOKING RULES. You can override the default you set there individual rates.
• Change to the tab "Rooms" and set "Room" to the room you want the rate to apply to.

Season 2:

• Open your Season 1 rate and click on "Save Copy"
• Change name, prices conditions (e.g. minimum or maximum stay).
• By default rates use the booking rule set under under PROPERTIES -> BOOKING RULES. You can override the default you set there individual rates.

Set up as many rates as you need. When you go to the calendar view in the main RATES menu you can see which rate applies when.
