A group booking is a combination of two or more bookings linked together.
*Trigger all = the action triggers and applies to each booking in the group individually (including individual bookings).
*Trigger only master = the action only triggers and applies to the master booking in the group (including individual bookings).
*Trigger all on master = the action triggers on the master booking and the action applies to all parts of the booking (including individual bookings).
*Trigger if not group = the action only triggers on bookings that are not part of a booking group.
