For "Booking" the system uses the actual booking time for calculation.
For "Check-in" and "Check-out" it uses '''midnight''' if not adjusted. The Auto actions process is triggered every 15-20 minutes but depending on the volume/queue and the capabilities of your EMail server it can take longer. <span style="color:#fe746c;“ >{{#fas:exclamation-triangle}} </span> The trigger Time '''+hrs''' will be the first time the auto action can be considered to be added to a batch and could trigger on a booking, there is no guarantee that the auto action will trigger at this time.
