There is no guarantee regarding the trigger/time of your auto actions.  The Auto actions are process is triggered every 15-20 minutes but depending on the volume/queue and the capabilities of your EMail server it can take longer. The trigger Time '''+hrs''' will be the first time the auto action can be considered to be added to a batch and could trigger on a longerbooking, there is no guarantee that the auto action will trigger at this time.
