Available parameters are:
BOOKERMINAGE (default is 18)
You can send up to three variable percentage refund amounts based on time to check-in plus one optional fixed fee amount which occurs for any cancellation regardless of time to check-in.
The percentage has to be between 1 and 100. For all days less than the lowest rule no refund is automatically applied.
