System notifications can be sent to the account administrator, the property or boththe master account administrator if this is a sub account.
The property email address will be included as a Cc: copy on the system notification email if sent to both.
If the property has not entered an email address the mail will only be sent to the account administrator
 
 
System notifications include channel error messages, support ticket responses and other non booking related emails.
