You may define voucher phrases and discount rates here. If a guest enters the phrase at the time of booking the specified discount will be applied to their booking

Multiple phrases can be defined at each discount level by separating them with a comma

Normally the discount is applied to the total price including any extra upsell items.

If the code [roomonly] is entered on a line then all phrases on that line apply the discount only to the room price.

If the code [extraonly] is entered on a line then all phrases on that line apply the discount only to the extra items.

Typical uses of discount phrases may be for purposes such as offering certain customers loyalty discounts or running a marketing campaign with bonus discounts for people in-the-know.

If a discount of -1 is set then the phrase must be entered to make a booking. Guests that do not enter the phrase cannot book.
