The emails are then opened ready to send to your guest with a single click on their Email Address in ''Bookings''. The email will open in your normal email program on your computer. You may send it as is or edit it before sending. Enter the subject of your second template here. [[Template Variables]] may be used in the email. [[Communication/Manual Emails to GuestsTemplate Variables]]are special codes in square brackets [ ] which are replaced by information taken from the booking. This allows you to automatically include your guests name, date of arrival etc. in your email.
