Pre-set payment items which can be added to an invoice booking.
A pipe | symbol can be added to the end of the description and an amount specified.
A status value can be added after a second | symbol.
For Example the following will create a payment description "Security Deposit" with an amount or 100 and a status "Refundable" Security Deposit | 100 | Refundable
