You can use DAILY PRICES to set higher or lower prices on individual dates.

If you Allow lower prices the system will apply the lowest rate set either in RATES or in CALENDAR -> DAILY PRICE
If you Do not allow lower prices the system will apply the highest rate set either in RATES or in CALENDAR -> DAILY PRICE
