Changes

By deflaut the "Type of Booking" is set to "Lodging. This defines that " means the booking duration is overnightand the wording in guest messages refers to "per night" or "night".  If you are offering activities, cars or other extras booked on a daily basis set "Type of Booking" to "Activity", the wording will then refer to "per day" or "daily".
