*Obligatory % items are added as a percentage of the bill, an example would be tax charges.In this case enter the percentage in the Price field and the Per and Period fields are ignored.
The obligatory percentage is calculated on the room price plus all selected extras defined before this one. Extra items defined after this will not be included in the percentage calculation. This could be used to add tax free items after the tax calculation.
