You can set a "Property Type Group" for better listing categorization at Airbnb. If you use this setting make sure you the "Property Type" you have selected in SETTINGS-PROPERTIES-DESCRIPTION falls uder the "Property Type Group" you choose: *apartments - allowed property types are: "Apartment", "Condo", "Loft", "Serviced Apartment", "Casa Particular"*bnb: allowed property types are - "Bed and Breakfast", "Farmhouse", "Lodge", "Casa Particular"*"boutique_hotels_and_more : allowed property types are - "Boutique Hotel", "aJarthotel", "Hostel", "Hotel", "Lodge", "Resort", "Serviced Apartment""heritage_hotel"*"houses: allowed property types are - "Bungalow", "Cabin", "Chalet", "Cottage", "Farmhouse", "House", "Houseboat", "Townhome", "Villa", "Casa Particular"*secondary_units: allowed property types are - "Farmhouse", "Guest House"*unique_homes: allowed property types are - *: allowed property types are - "Barn", "Boat", "Caravan", "Campin", "Castle", "Farmhouse", "Houseboat", "Tent", "Mill" Please also note that Airbnb has regional restrictions for some property types.
