When set to "First Night Only", this rates minimum and maximum stay restrictions must only be satisfied for the arrival date of the booking.
"Gap Fill" will only allow this rate if there is used from minimum stay rulesan available gap of unsold nights less than or equal to the rate Maximum Stay setting.
