Auto allocate bookings to a unit within the room type.
If this is set to NO, bookings will remain unallocated and will have to be allocated manually.
First available unit means the available unit with the lowest unit ID
Random available unit will assign to a random available unit.
Last available unit means the available unit with the highest unit ID
