Room level overbooking protection means the room availability is based on the room only.
Property level overbooking protection means the room will be closed if the net availability over number of bookings in all rooms in the property is zerogreater or equal to the total number of rooms in the property. This could occur because of an overbooking in a different room that may need to be moved to this room.
