When using the Room Type = 1 Room per Guest this quantity sets the maximum number of guests for this room. This may represent beds in a hostel room or per person activity tickets etc.

Alternatively you may enter each room separately, each with a quantity of one. This way bookings will be uniquely assigned and can be transferred to individual rooms.
