First set the 'Room Type' click 'change' if you want to change the details stored in {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) > PROPERTIES > ROOMS > SETUP > and then choose a suitable name using the get names selector.
The If you want to change the type you have currently set in {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) > PROPERTIES > ROOMS > SETUP 'click 'change'. Then click on 'get names' selector will to show allowed names for the room type.

Booking.com only allow specific names based on the type of room.
You can also use a custom name but Booking.com is very strict in what they allow. Best is to pick one of the names which show when you click on "get names" and make an addition.
If "Studio" shows as allowed room name you could add something before or after for example "Studio Sunshine".
