The guest will be redirected from the check-out page to a Stripe payment page where they can select with payment method they want to use.
If a payment method is selected where you do not receive payment immediately, the info code STRIPEPENDING is added to the booking. When the payment is made, this is deleted and replaced by STRIPPAYMENTSTRIPEPAYMENT.
