Trip Connect is a program by Tripadvisor to allow you to bid to have a link to your booking page shown directly on your Tripadvisor page.
You will need:
- a Tripadvisor business account
- join the program via your Tripadvisor account
Full details of the charges will be available from Tripadvisor.

Once you have joined the programe go to CHANNEL MANAGER -> TRIPCONNECT
- Make sure you have filled in all fields in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DESCRIPTION "Location and Contact". These fields are mandatory for TripConnect to correctly identify your property.
- Set TripConnect to Enable in the Channel Manager settings.
- Enter your Tripadvisor ID, this is normally the number after the d in the URL of your tripadvisor page.
- Enable Synchronise for the rooms you want to offer via TripConnect.
- The currency code sent to TripConnect is defined in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DEPOSIT COLLECTION and must be set to match your prices entered in Beds24.
If you select Price (Inc. Tax) all compulsory percentage upsell items defined for the property will be included as tax values and added to the final price sent to TripConnect.
