== Limitations==
*Bookings and enquireis enquiries can not be imported because Tripadvisor Rentals does not provide this functionality XML. If you want to import bookings into Beds24 enter the Tripadvisor Rentals export calendar URLin SETTINGS-CHANNEL MANAGER-FLIPKEY.
*A listing can not be activated until the full location (address, latitude, longitude) has been checked by Tripadvisor. After Tripadvisor has checked the location it can not be changed.
*Tripadvisor does not support room types, the connected Beds24 room type should have a quantity of one. You can [[Combine_individual_rooms_into_a_roomtype|set up virtual roooms]] to create room types for other channels like booking.com if necessary
