If you have extras you only sell on site you can set them up as "Invoice Items" in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT->INVOICING.

You can add an image tag to the "Description" field. If you use a picture uploaded to Beds24 go to SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE PICTURES then click on "Manage" to find the URL. Alternatively you can use an external picture which is securely hosted (https).
