To use this integration you need to have an account with Hostvana.

1 General Information

Hostvana is a configurable AI-powered assistant that replies automatically to most guest messages. Hostvana also features other automations including:

• Cleaning Coordination: Share immediately updated bookings with cleaners and staff.
• Problem Reporting: Forward problems to the appropriate repairmen immediately.
• Guest Filtering: Filter problematic guests by distance from listing or through red flags in message.
• Smartlock Codes: Send guests unique door codes.
• Automated timed messages to inform your guest throughout the booking

The connection is maintained by Hostvana

2 Setup

To use the connection you need to allow API access which will allow Hostvana to import your properties and bookings from Beds24.

Step 1. Generate API key

Log into Hostvana and genereate your API key.

Step 2. Allow API access in Beds24

• Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS.
• Enter the API key you have generated in Hostvant into the API Key field.
• Set the "API Key Access" to "allow any IP"
• SAVE.

Step 3. Connect properties

You need to connect Each Property via a propertyKey and Booking Webhook

• In Hostvana click the "Connect your listings to Hostvana" section to open it.
• Copy a property key by clicking the Copy button to the right a grey house.
• Open Beds24 in a separate tab (if not already open).
• Paste the key in (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS > API ACCESS into "propKey".
• Save

• Return to the Hostvana Onboarding tab and click the Copy button to the right of the Webhook URL.
• Paste the Webhook URL in (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS > BOOKING WEBHOOK > URL.
• Save.

• Return to the Hostvana Onboarding tab and click the blue "REFRESH PROPERTIES" button.
• Click the green house icon to finalize linking the property.
• Repeat the above steps for every property you wish to link.
• Watch an optional Feature Overview video.
• You can now click the hamburger (three horizontal lines) on the top left to explore the app.

3 How it works

Login to your account in app.hostvana.io to start using the app.
