You can add an invoice item to the booking or make changes to existing items.

• "Percent of charges" calculates the amount from the field "Total charges".
• "Percent of Price calculates the amount from the Price field. This is normally the price for which the booking was made or imported. If you are using a "Minimum Price" it will be entered if the price of the booking is lower than the minimum price. If this might cause problems you will need to remove the "Minimum Price".
• If you use one of the "Change" options the entered description needs to match exactly the one in the booking.

Change Invoicee will only work when updating an item and will change the invoicee of all items with matching description and status (if specified). The price and quantity are not changed.
