The map uses the coordinates you have entered in (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > DESCRIPTION.
If you want to show a 'Google Map you need to add an Google Map API Key in (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE > PROPERTY BOOKING PAGE > DEVELOPERS. You can obtain an API key from Google here https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key. Usually a free key is sufficient.
Usually a free key is sufficient but make sure you fulfil all of Google requirements which at the moment are:
- Allowed access from your URL with the API Key (needs to be set in Google Cloud Platform)
- Activate the "Maps JavaScript API" in Google (which is the one for embedding maps to websites)
- Enabled billing in Google
