When the guest language is not supplied but the guest country is, assume and set the guest language is the major language used in that country.
The language will only be used if it is enabled on your booking page.
Some countries use multiple languages (Switzerland, Belgium etc.) and there is no guarantee the guest can speak the language of the country they have specified so this function cannot be relied on to be 100% correct.
