For accommodation this will be normally be set to YES. If you set this to No there will be no selector for the number of guests on the booking page. No is used for bookings where the number of people is unimportant like cars or rooms which are only sold with a room price.
If you set it to NO the setting for "Maximum Guests" will be ignored.
If any rooms in the property have this set for YES then the guest selectors will be shown for the property.
