By default payment is due on arrivalat the time of the booking. You can change this to "At Check-in " in SETTINGS - > CHANNEL MANAGER - > VRBO/Homeaway.COM -> SPECIFIC PROPERTY CONTENT.
If payments are due at different times you can set up payment schedules in SETTINGS - > PAYMENTS - > PAYMENT SCHEDULE and link it to your property in SETTINGS - > CHANNEL MANAGER - > VRBO/Homeaway.COM -> SPECIFIC PROPERTY CONTENT.
