The default is a guest registration form but you can change it to suit your needs. Forms can be printed directly from the booking.
You can add CSS to format the form at Settings > Guest Management > Styling > Print Template Custom CSS
To send the form as an pdf attachment via Email go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS)GUEST MANAGEMENT > AUTO ACTIONS and set up an Auto Action Email.
