In Open the rate menu Rate and go to the upsell tab and activate/deactivate the cleaning fee you want for the room that is attached to the rate.
Create your different upsell items/obligatory cleaning fees.
This doesn't work with daily rates and it doesn't work with channels because you can not export upsell items to channels.
Note: Obligatory extras do not send to all OTAs. Check the help page of the OTAs you are using for information on how fees are handled.
