Yes, you can set a cut-off time for same day bookings, this will be used for same day bookings and will close the inventory at a channel when the time has passed.
Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > BOOKING RULES > SAME DAY BOOKING CUT OFF and select the time required.
