== Email Templates ==
 
Email templates are pre-canned emails which can be sent manually or programmed to be sent automatically to guests at specific times after the booking was made, before arrival or after departure.
The emails can contain [[Template Variables]] to include information specific to the booking in the email, for example the guests name or the arrival date. In SETTINGS -> GUEST MANAGEMENT -> TEMPLATE EMAILS you can define a number of pre-canned standard reply emails with a subject and text.  To send The Emails manually open a can contain [[Template Variables]] to include information specific to the booking and go to in the email, for example the guests name or the MAIL tabarrival date.
*To send Emails automatically you need to set up your outgoing Email address in SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT -> OUTGOING EMAIL.
The emails are then opened ready to *To send Emails manually open a booking and go to your guest with a single click on the envelope icons ''Bookings''MAIL tab. The email Manual Emails will open in your normal email program on your computer. You may send it as is or edit it before sending.
Some systems have a limit of about 2000 characters for this form of email generation. If the email will not open try reducing the amount of text.
