Go to PRICES -> DAILY PRICE RULES and create your two Daily Prices:
*Daily Price 1 would be your your normal price. Set ''Max days in advance'' = 0 999 (or 1 if you do not allow same-day bookingsthe default).
*Daily Price 2 would be your last-minute price. Set ''Max days in advance'' = 7 will allow these prices to be available for bookings with the check-in in the next 7 days.
