Make sure you have filled in all fields in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DESCRIPTION "Location and Contact". These fields are mandatory to connect.
The currency send sent to TripConnect is defined in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DEPOSIT COLLECTION.
