* In PROPERTIES >> ROOMS >> SETUP >> DEPENDENCIES set that the virtual room is dependent on the real room.
* In PROPERTIES >> ROOMS >> SETUP >> ASSIGN BOOKINGS set that bookings for the virtual room should be assigned to the real room.
