Separate rate codes for each offer (rates and daily prices can be set to one of 4 offers) can be entered into the channel manager default rate code. Use a colon as the separator for up to four codes, i.e. 12345678:123456789:1234567810.
The codes are used for all rates (not containing an overriding rate code) and daily prices from the respective offer (1 to 4).
