Changes

The Time Offset and is applied to the Send Trigger settings work together Event to determine when the email action should be sentfirst trigger.

A positive time offset Time Offset value will work with is after the Send Trigger rule to send event and a negative value is before the emailevent.

In particular the send to trigger "Before an action before Check-in" needs a positive time offset to send before check-in. In this case requires a negative time offset will send after checkTime Offset value with the Check-inTrigger Event.
