If you are using multiple offers(SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE -> ROOMS ROOM CONTENT -> OFFER 2... ) to offer multiple prices (e.g. standard rate/non refundable rate, packages) you can link this rate to apply it also to another price row.
This is a simple way to create similar rates.
