Webready Website Builder

1 General

Webready is a website builder for vacation rentals. You can create a beautiful website for your short-term rentals and get the chance to have direct bookings from the Webready Booking Engine. Those bookings will be synced to Beds24.

To use this service you will need an account with Webready.

2 Capabilities

Webready will import properties from Beds24 to Webready. 

You can embed the Beds24 booking engine into your Webready website if you want to collect commission free bookings and collect payments without processing fee.

If you want to use the Webready booking enginge your daily prices will be imported along with Beds24 bookings inside Webready as well. You can build a Webready website and add those listings to the website in order to get direct bookings. If any booking is made through the website then that booking will be synced to Beds24.

3 Set Up

Step 1. Allow API access

• Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS.
• Enter a 16 character API key into the API Key field. (You choose the APIKey. Create a random code, any combination of letters/numbers)
• Set 'API Key Access' = 'allow whitelist IP only'.
• IP Whitelist = enter the IP provided by Webready
• Set 'Allow Writes' = YES
• Set Property Access = 'Owned by this account only'
• SAVE.

Step 2. Set your property keys

• Go to (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS.
• Add a 'propKey' your propKey should be at least 16 characters or longer and unique (you can not use the same key more than once.
• SAVE
• Repeat for each property you want to connect.

Step 3. Integrate the Beds24 booking engine

• Customize your booking page in Beds24 as explained here

Method 1: Direct link

1. Go to the website editor in Webready and open Global Settings.
2. Go to the bookings tab and find the External Booking Settings.
3. Click on MANAGE and choose Beds24.
4. Click on EDIT VALUES PER RENTAL and enter the Beds24 Property ID of each rental or using the Actions button you can import the values.
5. Click on SAVE, Click on Apply, and then Save the changes using the SAVE button on the top right.
6. Republish your website.

Method 2: Iframe

1. Go to (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE > BOOKING WIDGETS > IFRAME GENERATOR to generate the code to embed the booking page into your web site. Use the context help (?icons) for information about the iFrame settings.
2. Go to Components > Custom Code on your Webready website, click on "Edit", paste the Iframe code in and then click on "Apply".
