  This page is about the menu {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > TRIPADVISOR RENTALS ICAL and explains how to synchronise Beds24.com with your Tripadvisor Rentals calendar.  


  Note: Due to the integration process at TripAdvisor these instructions may go out of date quickly. We are trying to keep up with these changes but if you see a problem please let us know.

*Prices cannot be exported and must be set in the holidaylettings system.  
*Bookings imported by iCal have limited information, usually only the guest name, number of guests, booking number and dates are provided.

== Export Inventory to Tripadvisor ==
1. Tick "Inventory".


==Step 1  holidaylettings ==
2. Copy the URL shown at Calendar (Inventory).
Contact holidaylettings, tell them you want to connect to Beds24 and ask for a "Secret Key".

3. Log in to Tripadvisor
Once you have your secret key go to SETTINGS->ACCOUNT CHANNEL MANAGER ->HOLIDAYLETTINGS.CO.UK


*Enter the secret key in the "Secret Key" field.
4) Go to the calendar menu "Sync with other calendars".
*Enter your holidayletting account ID in the "Account ID" field.
*Enter your holidaylettings house ID in the "House ID" field(s)

5) Select calendar type "Other"
Click the update button and wait a few minutes. Check your Holiday lettings calendar is up to date.


It will now be kept synchronised with your Beds24 calendar.
6) Give the calendar a name, this is only for your reference.

7) Paste the calendar URL from Import Calendar (Inventory) into  Tripadvisor
*Unticking "Inventory" will stop the synchronisation for a room.

8. Go to "Export Your Calendar" in Tripadvisor and copy the supplied iCal URL

9. Paste the Tripadvisor Export Ical URL into the setting "Export Calendar (Bookings)" and save.


This is a Beta function, please report any problems with the booking import.
10. Tick the bookings tick box and save.


Forward your Holidaylettings booking notification emails to the listed email address to import bookings into that room.
Beds24 will monitor the calendar and import bookings from it.


If you have multiple Holiday listings and it is not possible for you to use a different email address for each please contact us.
