1. Open all rates you are sending to the channel and untick the prices (“Summary” tab of the rate).
 
2. Go to  SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->BOOKING.COM/EXPEDIA/AGODA (for example) and click "Update" to push the change through.
 
3. Check in your channels extranet that the rooms are closed.
 
4. Go go your rates again tick the prices and also untick the channel you want to close in the "Channels" tab of the rates and SAVE the change. (This will reactivate the rates for your booking page).
