Beds24 has two options to setup and administrate multiple properties:
1 1. Setup Multiple Properties in one Master Account
To set up properties and rooms follow the instructions in the Setup Guide. Then go to SETTINGS -> MASTER ACCOUNT -> LINK PROPERTY
- Sell Priority: This sets the display priority of this property. A higher number will cause it to display higher in property lists.
2 2. Join a Property with its own account to an external Master Account
Individual Beds24.com accounts can be joined to an external Master Account.
- Enter the association code of the Master Account in SETTINGS -> MASTER ACCOUNT -> LINK PROPERTY
- The code has to be supplied from the Master Account SETTINGS -> MASTER ACCOUNT
- The Master Account has to accept the property under SETTINGS -> MASTER ACCOUNT by setting Allow in My Account do Allow
- Sell Priority: This sets the display priority of this property. A higher number will cause it to display higher in property lists.
3 Settings
Search Functions
- Filter Keywords: Add keywords which will appear on your booking page as search criteria
- Group Keywords: Can be used to show and hide property on the property list pages
Booking Page
Under SETTINGS -> MASTER ACCOUNT -> BOOKING PAGE you can customise the association booking page.
Booking Widgets Select "All Properties" to to open your Master Account booking page.
